  • Adaptors Adaptors can be obtained at all times. Please call our House Keeping. Deposit of P100.00 will be posted on your account and will be reversed upon return
  • Amenities We have provided you with an extra pillow in the overhead cabinet. Please contact Housekeeping for your other needs.
  • Breakfast Breakfast is served daily at Bon Café 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.. Breakfast is also available through Room Service; however, charges apply.
  • Business Center Located at the lobby, the Business Center offers internet, photocopying, scanning and facsimile transmission.
  • Cable Television Your television has 80 international and local channels. A listing of channels is available in the entertainment guide found on your bedside table.
  • Check In Time Check-in time is at 2:00pm.
  • Check Out Time Check-out time is at 12:00 noon.
  • Credit Cards Honors all major credit cards. For inquiries, please contact the Front Desk.
  • Drinking Water Two bottles of water are provided complimentary in all rooms daily. Other preferred mineral waters are also available from your room mini bar applicable charges apply.
  • Dry Cleaning/Laundry/Pressing Please call house keeping for your laundry and pressing needs.Charges will be applied.
  • Emergency Exit Please refer to the floor plan posted on your door.
  • Hair Dryer Please contact Housekeeping should you require any.
  • Internet Service All areas of the hotel is also available – For Free.
  • Keys Please keep your room key card with you at all times. Should you lose your key card, please contact the Front Desk. For your own security the Receptionist will ask you to provide valid identification. Kindly return the keys upon check out. Lost key cards shall be charged P 100 per key to your account.
  • Local Tours & Sightseeing Please get in touch with the Front Desk.
  • Lost Property Please get in touch with Housekeeping.
  • Luggage Please contact the front desk should you wish for luggage assistance.
  • Mail Please contact the Business Center or Front Desk for mailing, courier and shipping services.
  • Maintenance Please help us to maintain our rooms in the best possible condition. If there is anything in your room that needs the attention of our Engineering or Housekeeping Department, please advise our House Keeping.
  • Make-Up Room We want to serve you best so we shall be making up your rooms with or without the door sign hanging outside your door. If you do not wish to be disturbed or your room made up, please hang the Do Not Disturb sign outside your door.
  • Personal Checks The hotel does not honor personal checks.
  • Pets Pets are not permitted anywhere in the hotel. Exceptions are made for police bomb / drug sniffing dogs.
  • Power Supply The hotel operates on a 220 voltage (60 cycles) power.
  • Religious Services A list of places of worship is available at the Front Desk.
  • Reservations Contact our Front Desk .
  • Room Service Room Service is available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. only . Please refer to the Room Service Menu.
  • Safe Deposit Box A personal electronic safe has been installed in the wardrobe closet of all rooms and suites. Please be advised that the Hotel is not liable for the loss of personal valuables in guest rooms or public areas.
  • Security Our security officers continually patrol the hotel and close circuit television cameras are in use throughout the public areas and guest floors. Please use the door viewer and safety latch in your room. In your own interest, avoid offers made by unauthorized agents and do not hesitate to report unsavory characters to the Duty Supervisor.
  • Sundry Shop The Hotel has a sundry shop at the Business Center for certain items which you might need. Please call the Business Center or Front Desk for assistance.
  • Swimming Pool Open from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. Registered guests are allowed to use the pool free of charge. Applicable charges apply for non-in house guests. Please observe pool rules.
  • Taxi Service Taxi Service is available 24 hours.
  • Travelers’ Checks The hotel does not accept travelers’ checks.
  • Wake Up Calls The Operator will be pleased to take down your required wake-up call.
