Culture of honesty is evident

Besides the nice, clean and amazing environment what amazed most during our 1 day stay was the honesty of the room attendant. My colleague placed $1000 USD beneath his pillow but forgot to retrieve it (company money) when he left the room and hurried to our service vehicle. After I was cleared at the front desk I followed through to the vehicle. At the next minute, I notice the room attendant came running towards us and handed down an envelop (with money inside) without any reservation. This type of demonstrated honest is worthy of praise. Thank you N-hotel management for instilling the value of honesty to your staff. More power!

A gold nugget

Running a workshop in another city is challenging, more so if you are doing it in a venue for the first time. But we got lucky again, this time at N Hotel. There is nothing special when we first stepped inside the hotel. What was amazing was the support provided by its staff, from rooming our 40 plus participants to make sure they got the workshop setting just as we wanted. Finding great helping hands in running workshop is such a delight. At N Hotel, I found many. With that, I will always be grateful!
